your journey starts from the Bible

Your faith starts from this Bible

1 corinthians 9:24-27, 2 corinthians 4:16-18

I welcome you to today’s discussion on BUILDING YOUR PURPOSE WITH FAITH, the most important virtue one should apply in his or her journey of purpose is Faith. For the bible say in

Romans 8:24 ” for we are save by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?” but the verse 9 of it concluded it by saying “But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it”.

building your purpose with faith

Faith is believing God for an unseen accomplishment. Your purpose is now know from God’s revelation, and should be followed by faith, because faith makes you see the end from your beginning, without faith you can’t fulfill your purpose, faith places in the presence of God to do according to His commands, faith gives you a key to unlock God’s great plans to you as you go.

Faith is not reacting but acting, and acting for and with God. I have learnt somethings about faith and i will love to share it with you.

  1. It makes you confident
  2. It turns you into a soldier for christ
  3. It makes you worship God whenever you act
  4. It brings out the brigthness of God’s glory
  5. It makes you do the impossible
  6. It builds for another phases of challenge.

I will laudably say here that for you to pursue your course for purpose you MUST do it with faith. One important virtue of faith in your work with Christ is it makes you PATIENT.

building your purpose with faith

The Bible say “Nobody can please God without faith” , sincerely you can’t fulfill your purpose without faith because, without that hope of reliance and dependence on God, you will get your bearing wrong.

From my illustration in KNOWING YOUR PURPOSE as regards to the man who went to buy an electronic or sound system from the electronic store, on getting home, he hope and believe that, the system will work and fulfill its purpose according to the manufacturer’s purpose.
After knowing and accepting your purpose, the next step is BUILDING IT WITH FAITH.

The man after God’s heart said in 1 Samuel 17:37b ….he(God) will deliver me out of the philistine…. Your total being should rely on God alone, for He is your manufacturer.
With faith, the Holy spirit helps you fulfill your destiny because your purpose gives birth to your destiny. I believe He has been waiting for you to give Him the opportunity to help because, Jesus said:

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judae, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Do you really see what faith can do as you pursue your purpose alongside it.

“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? so run, that ye may obtain” 1 corinthian 9:24.

You can’t run without faith.

Your faith, Your purpose

“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal” 2 corinthians 4:18.

Your faith in God makes Him pour out His plan for you because He has invested so much in you. He put inside you a sound mind, along with His creative abilities. All you have to do is turn loose that Investment by building your purpose with faith and allowing Him to guide you.

I said something earlier in the beginning of this post that Faith makes you see your end from the beginning, which helps you to always see challenges and discouragement an elevator into a new phase in your quest of purpose.

Saul said to David in 1 samuel 17:33 ” You are not able to go against the philistine to fight with him; for you are a youth, and he a man of war from his youth”

David having his faith in God and seeing the end of the battle from the beginning replied in 37 ” The LORD…,will deliver me from the hands of the philistine”. This portion will lead me into writting my next post. But i don’t know the title to give it for now as i write but believing God for a spirit-filled title.

May God strenghten you as you pursue your purpose with faith in Him.

Stay Blessed in Jesus Name.
